The beginning

Vikram’s journey started with teaching Office 97 in 1998, eventually leading him to explore the world of computers. By 2007, he embraced entrepreneurship, crafting an Electronic Software Delivery (ESD) platform that transformed software distribution. Vikram’s philosophy resonates in his words: “Every challenge is an opportunity to innovate.”

Idea Behind the Start

Around 2014-2015, Vikram identified gaps in existing eCommerce solutions for mid-market retailers. His experiences in Germany, especially in developing a B2B commerce portal, fueled the vision for BetterCommerce—a platform aimed at empowering mid-size retailers with scalable, flexible, and powerful eCommerce solutions. BetterCommerce officially set sail in 2015.

Offering modules like PIM, eCommerce, CMS, OMS, Analytics, and Engage, it aims to elevate commerce into an experiential realm.
