Veranda Learning Solutions has announced the signing of a significant business transfer agreement with Kerala-based Logic Management Training Institutes Pvt. Ltd. This acquisition marks a pivotal moment for Veranda Learning, enabling the company to broaden its scope and offer a wider range of top-tier educational programs to students across India.

Established in 2005, Logic Management Training Institute has emerged as a leading institution renowned for its professional financial courses. Presently, Logic operates across eight branches in Kerala and attracts nearly 5000 students annually to its esteemed array of seven Commerce Professional courses, including CMA (USA and India), CA, CS, ACCA, CPA, and EA.

Commenting on the acquisition, Suresh Kalpathi, Executive Director and Chairman of Veranda Learning, expressed his enthusiasm, stating, “Logic seamlessly integrates into what we proudly call the Veranda ecosystem.
