Physics Wallah makes two new acquisitions

“Six months after our launch, we collaborated with PrepOnline, and the two businesses developed together. Fundamentally, we were considering original ways to produce content (for test preparation), particularly for the NEET market, Maheshwari said ET. “So, we considered these acquisitions in order to boost our content division. For the exam preparation market, we want to become the most economical online book seller. Additionally, we plan to open a store for general consumers after Diwali.

“We are aiming to have better entrepreneur leadership in place, therefore our acquisition thesis is more toward acqui-hiring.
