Today we have Kumar Rishabh co-founder of LEDex in an exclusive interview with Startup Story.  

Rishabh did his post-graduation from Apeejay Institute of Management, Greater Noida. He got his major in HR. He had a background in information technology. He did his BCA in computer applications .He had slightly bent toward HR as he is a social kind of a person and a chatterbox as well, he loves to talk. In the year 2019, Rishabh started an initiative with the name LEDex, and the word LEDex means to learn, engage, and design. He has been given a role to handle the compensation and benefits for America’s region and the person who was taking care of the American region earlier has left the organisation. So According to Rishabh, he was all alone in the ocean. Managing everything single handedly. 

The emergence of LEDex

Rishabh Quoted “When I was scrolling over the  LinkedIn and realised there is a lady who was trying to create a community of  the Alumni members who have completed their MBA in the same college, I thought probably I can replicate the same idea because of the problem that I was facing right now, There could be others who might be facing the same issues as well. They could be new in their organisation, and they will be facing difficulties because there is no one to mentor them. For that reason, I had placed posts over LinkedIn,And I got an excellent response from there. We started with one Whatsapp group then it has grown to 11 WhatsApp groups ,in which we have people from More than 700 organisations, nearly 1600 in headcount based out of 21 countries.” stated by Rishabh Kumar while having a conversation with Startup story

So this initiative has gone global now. LEDex has a LinkedIn page, a website and a YouTube channel as well . So it’s very important to keep  the engagement of the group members. To keep them engaging, LEDex does various learning-based sessions. Pick up certain topics and invite well-experienced leaders from reputed markets. Always have the chance to revisit recorded sessions, and that will always be in the repository. LEDex  keeps on doing customised surveys as per the needs of the group members . “The USP of LEDex is  -group members get their solutions for their queries on the real time basis .  

We were planning to start the services of outsourcing the compensation function of small organisations.

Future of LEDex 

LEDex Startup Story Overview

LEDex has very recently started team-building. They make sure that we connect with each other. Their team is connecting with each other on a weekly basis to design the roadmap going forward. The future plan is to have a physical office space. Secondly, planning to start the offline events, and the physical events in Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, and Gurgaon. As of now, they were working virtually but now we will be meeting face to face and in person.

The customer experience has been very awesome because of the expectations which the group members have. We are providing the services as per the expectations but we are improvising on a daily basis because we are also learning to grow and learn parallel. The response was great, the biggest challenge was to keep the members engaged, if they are getting a learning curve by joining this group, that is what they get, keep sticking to this LEDex initiative.  

“The mantra and advice for another entrepreneur would be to keep sticking to the basics. Do all your homework prior to you getting into anything. Funding is something that will come afterward, but you need to have a roadmap in the place where you want to go. Patience is pretty much-required and conviction is required” said Kumar Rishabh to Startup story.
