This Tech Company allows you to hire software engineers in less than 72 hours | Muoro.io

-“ This venture is the result of my own knock of criticism from a previous attempt, and the problem is universal in nature. I believe every other tech firm or startup faces the challenge of finding the right tech talent for the company, which is also recurring, therefore my major goal was to create a platform where companies could allocate a large number of talents that fit their needs.”- Vyom Bhardwaj, founder of Muoro.io in an exclusive interview with Startup Story.

The Voyage To The Fore!

Before being a founder of a tech company, Vyom studied for a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from McGill University, Canada. He was also involved in a variety of extracurricular activities during his school years, which he feels aided in the development of his creative and critical thinking side. Going overseas allowed him to encounter individuals of other nationalities and had the only objective of broadening his horizons.

Vyom mentioned his professional history while speaking with the Startup story that he wanted to get into the VC world as being an economics student, but after learning from a short instinct at IVCA that VC funds were pouring tons of money into tech companies in 2014-2015, he decided to take a small sabbatical and learn to code and tech in the meantime and started the first venture, vrentin.com, which was more about equipment rental and listing platform similar to IndiaMART for equipment rental companies. Well, it didn’t work out as planned, but here was not the end he continued to keep hustling and started offering the BI system to MSME, which was an in-house product developed for an internal purpose, sold and exited that product entirely in 2018, and eventually realized that the real problem with companies was that they didn’t have the right teams to develop technology products, nor was it easy to hire top quality talent, so he did figure that what if he could build a product from a remote and hybrid team, and help companies to set up their remote teams in development.

Overcoming The Pandemic

During the pandemic, it was a bit sceptical for many tech companies like Muoro.io, particularly in the domain to fill the need for quality engineers. When the world learned to live with the situation and overcome it digitally, Muoro.io did make sure that no employee, consultant, or sub-contractor was fired and ended up going without a job. As a result, during the pandemic, the company retained all of its employees without offboarding a single employee or consultant and ensured that they received their dues on time. In addition, the firm contributed to the expansion of its sales and user base. If the pandemic is divided into two parts, the second phase, beginning in 2021, was a suitable fit for the firm. Where they may see a revenue increase of more than 100 per cent. However, in the first half of 2020, everything stagnated. In a nutshell, Tailwinds in technology and the digital theme helped the brand’s rise.

Vyom added, “We’re a tech company that specializes in engineering training and deployment for specialized technologies. Our organization attempts to create a community and cultivate the best people.”

From the customer’s perspective, trusting Muoro.io may be tough. Nonetheless, the brand is addressing a key issue: finding competent software engineers who are advanced enough to fulfill their clients’ expectations and that too available on immediate basis. However, the most difficult challenge for them is ensuring that there is no skill gap in the workplace, assessing top people, and being competitive enough so that Muoro can stand out in the market. Furthermore, their current growth reflects everything.

A Message For The Young Entrepreneurs

“In this generation’s age, and as a member of this generation, I began my entrepreneur endeavour in 2016, I intended and was fascinated to obtain investment or to raise capital from some key Venture capital funds. But if you ask me now, I’m no looking to scale the business with better customer service and quality. Believe me that raising money from investors will ultimately dry up, but if you have a great user base, your finances will be stable and you will eventually expand in a robust way.” Vyom Bhardawaj concluded this fascinating conversation with Startup Story by providing advice to aspiring entrepreneurs.
