Most people still talk about the AI revolution as if it is something that is yet to arrive.
Sharath Siripuram believes it is already transforming the way enterprises operate and that most professionals are still being prepared for it the wrong way.

For Sharath, this understanding comes from more than fifteen years spent working across enterprise transformation initiatives involving Agile, cloud, DevOps, automation, and digital transformation inside organizations including Walmart, Wells Fargo, ExxonMobil, and several other global enterprises.

Over the years, he closely observed how professionals adapted during every major technology shift and where traditional learning systems consistently failed to translate into real execution inside enterprise environments. By the time AI adoption became a global priority, he had already identified what he believed would become one of the industry’s biggest gaps: the disconnect between AI awareness and practical implementation.

That realization eventually led to the creation of AgileFever.

Built by Someone Who Has Led Enterprise Transformations Firsthand

The problem was never a shortage of training. It was that the training rarely translated.

Professionals would complete hundreds of hours of learning, earn certifications, and return to their teams largely unable to apply what they had been taught inside real enterprise environments. When AI adoption accelerated, the pattern repeated almost exactly. Courses got broader. Platforms started offering sweeping introductions across AI, ML, Gen AI, Agentic AI, MLOps, and LLMOps all inside a single programme, touching everything, going deep on nothing.

“I understand how transformations run,” Sharath says. “I understand how trainings are created, and I understand why they are ineffective for many professionals.”

For someone entering the industry, that kind of broad exposure might be enough. For a DevOps engineer or project manager with ten years inside enterprise systems, it is close to useless. AgileFever was built around that specific gap.

Why AgileFever Took a Different Approach to AI Learning

Founded in 2019, the focus has always been experienced IT proffessionals developers, DevOps engineers, QA professionals, project managers people already inside enterprise environments who need implementation depth, not another introductory course. Programmes cover Agentic AI, Generative AI, MLOps, LLMOps, Scrum, SAFe, and enterprise transformation frameworks, all built around practical application.

The curriculum tracks where enterprise AI is actually moving. As AWS, Azure, and Google expand their agentic platforms, AgileFever has structured learning across three pathways cloud-native AI, low-code workflows, and Python-based technical development so professionals can build the way their specific role demands. AgileFever has trained over 25,000 professionals across more than 100 countries and partnered with over 300 enterprise teams globally. The company holds a 4.9 learner rating  a number built not through aggressive marketing but through referrals, repeat enterprise engagements, and professionals recommending the programmes to their own teams.

North America remains its strongest market, followed by Europe. India is growing steadily as a third region, reflecting how demand for practical AI implementation training is no longer concentrated in any one geography.

Building a Global AI Training Company from Dharmaram

Sharath Siripuram grew up in Dharmaram, a small town in Telangana. He built a career in the United States, worked inside some of the world’s largest organisations, and then came back not for a business reason, but because he wanted his children to grow up the way he did, close to family and rooted in the same place that shaped him.

AgileFever now runs globally from Dharmaram. The work reaches professionals across North America, Europe, and beyond. The town has not changed what the company can do. It just happens to be where it is built from.

It is a quiet reminder of something the industry is still catching up to that where you operate from and what you can build are two entirely different questions.

Recognition and Global Growth

In November 2024, AgileFever was recognised as the Fastest Growing EdTech Company in Asia at the 5th Asia Leadership Awards in Mumbai an acknowledgment of how quickly the company has scaled across global enterprise markets. The following year, Sharath Siripuram was named Agile Training CEO of the Year, Texas, for his work in advancing AI-driven learning and enterprise upskilling at scale. The company is also ISO 9001:2015 certified, reflecting a long-standing commitment to structured, quality-driven delivery across all its programmes.

For AgileFever, though, industry recognition has always been secondary to the problem it set out to solve.

Most training programmes today teach professionals what AI is. They cover the concepts, introduce the tools, and move on. Very few go far enough to prepare someone to actually implement AI inside a live enterprise environment where the systems are complex, the stakes are real, and surface-level understanding simply does not hold up.

That is the gap AgileFever has been building around since 2019. And six years in, with 25,000 professionals trained and over 300 enterprise teams served, it is clear the market needed exactly what they built.
