Why Relai Was Created

Before founding Relai, I operated within the traditional channel partner ecosystem. The industry is transaction-driven by design. Inventory flows through sales pipelines, and recommendations often depend on incentives or availability rather than structured buyer fit.

The insight that led to Relai was simple:

Relai launched in September 2025 as a buyer-side platform built on three principles:
