Snacks brand TagZ Foods expands its product portfolio

TagZ Foods, a brand of snacks, said that it is actively extending its product line and has introduced cookies made with hemp. With this move, TagZ Foods joins the league of other international and more recent direct-to-consumer businesses that have hemp-based goods.

It said in a statement that starting next week, the goods, which are known to improve heart health, will be available on Swiggy Instamart and its own portal. The hemp plant, which belongs to the same genus as cannabis, has long been valued for its therapeutic and dietary properties.

Shark Tank India judge Namita Thapar, executive director of Emcure Pharmaceuticals and investor in TagZ Foods, said, “Foods made from hemp are becoming more popular worldwide due to their health advantages and are also regarded as superfoods. Creating goods that are not only healthier for you but also delicious is encouraging.”
