Commerce Marketing Automation Engine: Xeno raises $1.6 Mn from Klaviyo investors

A commerce marketing automation engine, Xeno that guarantees incremental revenue, raised about $1.6 million in its seed round from global funds including early Klaviyo backer TJ Mahony’s Vinyl Capital, Java Capital, Ankur Nagpal’s Vibe Capital, and Angel Invest Ventures.
The round also saw participation from Founders of Curefoods, Mamaearth, Apache Cassandra, CRED, Haptik and others.
New Delhi-based Xeno in order to expand its workforce across engineering, product, marketing, sales, and customer success, plans to utilize the funding. It has been hiring for multiple roles and in 2022 it plans to double its team size.

Xeno was founded by Pranav Ahuja, Ayushmaan Kapoor and Aéko Ongodia. The D2C brands competitive with the largest e-commerce platforms has been made easy-to-integrate customer intelligence and engagement engine It also allows them to increase website conversions, reduce customer acquisition costs and maximize repeat sales.
Large retailers and D2C brands like Levi’s, Vero Moda, Forest Essentials, Kama Ayurveda, Tommy Hilfiger, Forever New, Jack & Jones, Taco Bell & Nando’s have been claimed by AI-powered CRM platforms in order to increase repeat sales by 11%.
According to Xeno, a double-digit increase in repeat sales have been achieved by over 50 brands including digitally native brands and traditional players using its platform.
