WazirX, CoinDCX, and Unocoin’s YouTube accounts have been hacked.


Unauthorized films were broadcast on YouTube channels, instructing viewers to pay money to crypto currency wallets. The hack also targeted popular crypto YouTubers, and creators have slammed the video sharing platform for the attack. The films were shared without the creator’s permission and directed users to donate money to a wallet in exchange for “One World Crypto currency,” a new crypto currency.

Cyber criminals took over the YouTube accounts of multiple Indian bitcoin exchanges in the early hours of January 24. During the cyber-attack, other crypto YouTubers’ accounts were also hacked.

CoinDCX , WazirX , and Unocoin are among the affected Indian exchanges . Unauthorized videos with text asking viewers to transfer money to the hackers’ wallet were apparently posted by the hackers. The films were shared without the creator’s permission and directed users to donate money to a wallet in exchange for “One World Crypto currency,” a new cryptocurrency.

During the incident, numerous crypto YouTubers’ accounts were also compromised. BitBoy Crypto, Altcoin Buzz, Box Mining, Floyd Mayweather, and Ivan on Tech were among them . Michael Gu, the owner of the channel Box Mining, confirmed the news on Twitter. Gu blamed the hack on YouTube, claiming that his account had two-factor authentication enabled, leading him to believe that the video sharing network was to blame.
