US AI startup Resolve hits $1b after $125m Lightspeed-led series A

Resolve AI has raised US$125 million in a series A funding round led by Lightspeed Venture Partners, valuing the company at US$1 billion.

The funding, which brings total investments to over US$150 million since its launch 16 months ago, will support product development and enterprise expansion.

Resolve AI offers an AI system to manage and operate software in production environments, reducing incidents and operational workload.

Its multi-agent system analyzes code, infrastructure, and telemetry to automate incident investigation and resolution.

The company says the funding will accelerate growth and adoption across enterprise clients.
