Udaan Launchpad Program Hosts 2-Day Boot Camp for Early-Stage Startups

Udaan, a mentor-driven curated program for early-stage startups founded by students in colleges and universities across India, is hosting a 2-day boot camp in Gurgaon. The program consists of a 2-day offline boot camp and 8 weeks of virtual mentorship for 30 startups. The top 10 startups will be selected for a final demo day in June to pitch to investors across India.

Over 150 startups have registered for Udaan, showcasing the vibrant startup culture in India. The boot camp will feature sessions from many renowned speakers in the start-up community.

The event will kick off with an inauguration ceremony by Ashish Bhatia, Founder and CEO of India Accelerator, Anuj Sharma, Founder of ALSiSAR Impact, and Sachin Arya, Head of Technology Business Incubator at PIEDS BITS Pilani. Mr. Anuj Sharma will give a session on Idea Validation and Product Development, followed by Bhuvan Gupta, Co-founder of Oxyzo and OfBusiness 2X Unicorn Founder, who will talk about Technology on Scale.

After lunch, Vaibhav, Co-founder and CEO at Nawgati, and Puneet will give sessions on The Road to Shark Tank. Gunika Grover, Impact and Development Lead at India Accelerator Impact Labs, will mark up the end of Day 1 by sharing some startup stories.

On Day 2, Kunal Arora, an Angel Investor and Strategic Investor, will share his insights on Growth and Consumer Traction, followed by Ashish Bhatia, who will talk about Business Model and Fundraising.

After lunch, Gunika Grover will again share some startup stories, followed by one-on-one mentorship by India Accelerator and PIEDS.

This boot camp is an excellent opportunity for early-stage startups to gain mentorship, guidance, and resources from industry experts, investors, and other stakeholders, creating a supportive ecosystem for startups to thrive. With the top 10 startups pitching to investors in June, this event could be a significant stepping stone for the next wave of successful startups in India.
