The Good Glamm Group would spend an additional INR 75 crore in Organic Harvest.
Harvest will be able to take use of Good Glamm’s massive online audience and over 50,000 offline sales points in 150 cities as a result of the acquisition.
After Vidooly and Winkl, this is Good Glamm Group’s third acquisition this month.
Organic Harvest, a beauty and personal care firm, has been acquired by Good Glamm Group, a content-to-commerce unicorn. The beauty startup will receive a fresh inflow of INR 75 crores as a result of this.

Organic Harvest will be able to take advantage of Good Glamm Group’s massive online audience and over 50,000 offline sales points in 150 cities as part of the partnership. To sell new items, the beauty company will use data-driven insights from the group’s content platforms as well as influencer marketing.
The Good Glamm Group claims to have a massive digital audience, with 88 million POPxo annual users, 100 million ScoopWhoop users, and a 20 million strong BabyChakra network of mothers, as well as 1.5 million Good Creator Co influencers.
