Indian quick commerce firm Inamo raises $8m led by Prime Venture

Quick commerce enablement platform Inamo, a startup offering full-stack inventory, fulfilment, and technology solutions for quick commerce, raised US$8 million in a round led by Prime Venture Partners with participation from existing investors Shastra VC, Antler India, and Gemba Capital.

The capital includes US$6 million in equity and US$2 million in venture debt.

Founded in 2025 by Sumit Anand and Rupesh Thakare, Inamo said it processed 1.8 million orders per month.

Rupesh Thakare, co-founder, said the funding will be used to increase dark store count, onboard more brands, and add more categories.

Inamo currently operates 80 dark stores across six cities and plans to expand to 200 outlets across 10 towns by the end of 2026.

Prior to this round, the startup raised US$3 million in September 2025.
