Founded in 2015 by Richa Sachdeva, Sorich Organics is a startup that offers a range of healthy snacks made from all-natural ingredients, including Nut & Seeds Mixes, Peanut Butters, Smoothie Essentials, and Nutrition Bars. All of their products are completely plant-based and are procured from high-quality trade practices to ensure superior quality.

The Journey

The journey of Sorich Organics began when Richa Sachdeva felt helpless as she was unable to find answers for her mother’s terminally ill disease. She began her research and got a deeper understanding of the biology of the human body through Ayurveda, Naturopaths & Alternative medicines when Modern science gave up on her mother. She understood the ancient wisdom of Veda and learned the science of holistic well-being. A lot of friends and family consulted her for their loved one’s health & wellness because of her understanding. She was overwhelmed & humbled and felt that a woman should be empowered not just financially but she should be able to take care of her family holistically like in the ancient times when the woman nurtured the family and the house. This led to the birth of Sorich Organics!

Product Offerings

Sorich Organics offers a diverse range of products that differentiates its business and appeals to a wider audience. By catering to different needs and preferences, they provide a more versatile experience for customers which increases customer satisfaction. The main competitors are Nutty Gritties, Neu Herbs & Happilo.

Market Research

The startup was launched after conducting market research to identify the target audience, understand their needs and preferences, and identify competitors. Initially, they started with launching 17 Herbal teas. The start products were Slim Tea, Immunity Tea & Sweet Dreams Tea & now they have more than 120 products catering to the needs of their customers.

Challenges During the Pandemic

The pandemic had caused disruptions in supply chains and logistics, making it difficult for startups to obtain the necessary resources and materials to run their operations. The uncertainty and volatility caused by the pandemic have also made it challenging for startups to plan and forecast their growth and expansion. Despite the challenges, Sorich Organics has continued to grow.
