Advoiz is an online integrated platform that provides opportunities to individuals to provide their services, meet new people, and promote and increase their reach. a beginning to making a database that will interface professionals from varied fields and mastery. 

The company’s main mission is to build a cohort and an active network of all the working professionals so that people can increase their professional connections and widen their horizons by connecting to like-minded people.

Founder’s idea behind the setup –

The company was started by Vedika Agrawal  in 2020. She realised that there is a huge gap between people who wants to follow their passion, and grow and sell their services to a larger audience. During her conversations with her fellow professionals, she came across that there does not exist any platform where people are offed professional services to promote their passion in that particular field. Even if they start working in their profession they can’t promote themselves. 

To solve this problem she founded Advoiz, a platform for everyone to pursue their professional career with their passion. Everyone from a college student to any working professional can get on the platform to offer advanced services and grow.

Founder’s journey –

Vedika completed her Post Graduation from K.C. Law College, Mumbai in 2020 and prior to this she pursued a degree in B.Com. from Vadodra and has also interned in a law firm for some time. After that, she started looking for a job but after looking everywhere she came across a few issues which were common for all while searching for their desired job like jobs were not providing flexibility to follow one’s passion. And so she launched this product in the market.  

Impact of pandemic –

The onboarding of the professionals was not as difficult as compared to approaching the users. But gradually everything went on smoothly. Also, in the process, she also had to face some personal loss but that did not affect her spirit and working enthusiasm. She believes that her product is mainly her website. 

USP of the product –

The integration of the platform makes it unique in itself, it provides all professional services under one roof like doctors, lawyers, teachers, interior designers, fashion designers and others. There are also new features added to the website recently. It offers not only professionals who have a degree to work but also the freshers, college students or school students who want to experience the professional environment and want to transform their passion into a profession can also work in the company. 

Competitors –

Talking about the competitors, she said that there are other websites like Just Dial which only provide information to the users but Advoiz is an interactive site where people can come to the platform and find a particular profession and also can book their appointment there itself. Also, there are many websites which focus on only one field but Advoic on the other hand is a diverse platform where people get offered a variety of services varying from different categories. 

Work culture –

Vedika believes in working in a very friendly environment where people are free to brainstorm ideas together and work collectively for the betterment of the company as well as themselves. She is not in favour of imposing work on the employees as she thinks that it restricts the productivity of an individual. People working in the company should envision it as their own company as it removes the boundations in the thought process of an individual.

Future plans –

The future plans of the company include bringing maximum people on board. Also, she wants to make Advoiz the professional hub for the community and so in future if anyone wants to check the credibility of the professionals like any doctor or lawyer, Advoiz must be the criteria to review them. 

She has also initiated a National awareness programme on mental health awareness for students across the country, for this many psychologists and psychiatrists have been included in the team. She further plans to conduct webinars in schools and colleges since she believes that students are the very vulnerable and neither their parents nor anyone else understands if they are going through any mental problems and especially after the pandemic there is a lot of mental issues faced by the students due to personal loss as well.
