Snabbit appoints Klydo co-founder Pradeep Yadav as Head of Operations

Snabbit has appointed Pradeep Yadav, co-founder of Klydo, as its new Head of Operations as the quick home-services platform prepares for its next phase of growth. He brings around 15 years of experience across supply chain, operations, and consumer internet businesses

The appointment comes at a time when Snabbit is looking to strengthen the systems behind its rapidly expanding service. In a quick home-services business, growth is not only about attracting customers. It also depends on making sure service professionals are available, bookings are managed properly, and customers receive a dependable experience every time.

His background makes him a natural fit for the role. Before joining Snabbit, he co-founded Klydo, a fashion-focused quick-commerce startup. He also spent nearly a decade at Udaan, where he was part of the founding team and held a senior leadership position. Earlier in his career, he worked at Flipkart as a senior director of supply chain

At Snabbit, his focus will be on improving execution, building scalable operating systems, and ensuring reliable fulfilment as the company expands. These may sound like behind-the-scenes responsibilities, but they are central to the success of a service business. If the systems are weak, even strong customer demand can create delays, inconsistent quality, and operational stress.

He joins Snabbit shortly after Klydo paused its business in July. His move gives Snabbit access to someone who has worked across different parts of the consumer internet sector and understands the challenges involved in building operations from the ground up

He succeeds Vikas Choudhary, who led Snabbit’s operations during the company’s expansion over the past 18 months. Choudhary will now move into a new role focused on businesses and innovation within Snabbit, allowing the company to retain his experience while giving him a broader mandate

The leadership change suggests that Snabbit is entering a more structured stage of growth. Early expansion often depends on speed and experimentation, but scaling requires stronger processes, better coordination, and consistent execution across locations.

For Snabbit, bringing in Pradeep Yadav could help turn its operational foundation into a stronger competitive advantage. The company’s next challenge will be to expand without allowing service quality to slip. In a business built around convenience and trust, reliable execution may ultimately be just as important as the speed of the service itself.
