Merak Ventures Leads $1.2 Million Investment in SaaS Platform Rupyz


Integrated SaaS platform Rupyz has secured $1.2 million in its seed funding round led by Merak Ventures, with participation from other angel investors. The company plans to utilize the funds to enhance its core technological offerings, ensuring robust and scalable solutions tailored to the evolving needs of small and medium-sized businesses, as stated in a press release.

Co-founded in 2019 by Dhaval Radia, Gourav Gupta, Akshay Gupta, and Palash Lunia, Rupyz is a SaaS platform for B2B e-commerce, empowering brands to digitize and expand their distribution both offline and online. Rupyz’s platform serves as a digital infrastructure that maps the entire supply chain for a brand, assisting them in streamlining their supply chain processes and accelerating their business growth.

Rupyz aims to onboard over 3,000 businesses in the next 12 to 15 months. According to the Gurugram-based company, its platform serves as an innovative omni-channel solution, connecting over 85 brands, 6,500 distributors, and 250,000 retailers nationwide. It claims to deliver a 20% to 30% improvement in ROI and operational efficiency.
