Zipteams raises Rs 5.5 Crore in seed funding round led by IndiaQuotient, others

Zipteams, a conversational intelligence system for inside marketing and customer success teams, has secured $700,000 in a seed round of funding headed by IndiaQuotient and a clutch of angel investors.
Zipteams employs artificial intelligence (AI) to make customer discussions more contextual, entertaining, and fruitful by allowing sales teams to present the correct data points to their clients at the right time.
The money will allow Zipteams to expand its unique idea of intelligent digital salesrooms, which can harness data and deliver real-time customer insights to inside marketing and customer satisfaction teams in virtual meetings.
The firm plans to develop its technology and machine learning teams to improve product offerings, and it hopes to achieve significant user growth in the India and US markets over the next 12-15 months.
Zipteams will benefit from IndiaQuotient’s expertise with a large network of successful product firms in making smart go-to-market decisions to accomplish an exponential product-led growth trajectory.
