Zepto Tops LinkedIn’s List of Preferred Startups Among Indian Professionals

Zepto, the e-commerce platform that recently achieved unicorn status, has claimed the title of the most preferred startup workplace in India, according to a ranking released by a leading recruiting platform. This recognition places Zepto at the pinnacle of startups in the country, with other notable startups, including BluSmart (an EV cab aggregator), Ditto Insurance (a fintech company), Pocket FM (an audio OTT platform), and Skyroot Aerospace, following closely in the list.

LinkedIn recently unveiled its annual ‘Top 25 Indian Startups List,’ which highlights emerging companies that professionals aspire to work for. This ranking is based on data from nearly 1 crore (10 million) LinkedIn members. Zepto’s impressive rise in the ranking, moving up three positions from last year’s fourth place, is attributed to several factors, including substantial employee growth, heightened jobseeker interest, active member engagement within the organization, and the startup’s ability to attract talent from LinkedIn’s prestigious ‘Top Companies’ list.
