Yudiz Solutions, a Blockchain Company, Submits Draft Papers for IPO with NSE Emerge

Yudiz Solutions, a company specializing in blockchain, artificial intelligence, and game development, has submitted draft papers for its initial public offering (IPO) with the NSE Emerge. Yudiz is poised to become the first blockchain company to be publicly listed. Additionally, Yudiz will be the next gaming company to be listed in the market after Nazara Technologies, which is backed by Rekha Jhunjhunwala. The IPO will consist of a fresh issue of 27,17,600 equity shares.

Narnolia Financial Services has been appointed as the merchant banker and lead manager for Yudiz Solutions’ upcoming IPO, with advisory support from Delhi-based firms Pro Legal Solutions and Longview Research and Advisory Services. The IPO will offer equity shares that are intended to be listed on the NSE Emerge SME Platform. Yudiz has stated that the purpose of the fundraising is to support the development of new products and technology, as well as to enhance the company’s branding and marketing efforts.

Yudiz Solutions has announced that in addition to funding product development, branding, and marketing, the company will also use the funds from its IPO to explore acquisition opportunities for technology companies in India and abroad, as well as to cover capital expenditures and working capital requirements. The company was founded in 2011 and is led by Chairman Bharat Patel, MD Pratik Patel, and CEO Chirag Leuva.
