YouVah Secures $210,000 in Pre-Seed Funding to Empower India’s Teenagers

YouVah, India’s internship platform designed specifically for teenagers, has successfully raised $210,000 in its pre-seed funding round. The funding was led by CIIE.CO IIM Ahmedabad and featured participation from the Co-Founders of American Chase. YouVah’s mission is to empower teenagers by providing them with hands-on practical experience, guidance, and opportunities to build their first career resumes. The platform was founded by the visionary trio of Chetan Jachpure, Raghav Parsai, and Rohit Jain, and it is committed to preparing today’s youth for tomorrow’s challenges, thereby shaping the future of India.

In line with the vision of the National Education Policy, YouVah recognizes the significance of practical learning and aims to nurture young minds with a diverse set of skills and industry-specific knowledge.

The founders of YouVah observed the untapped potential of teenagers during their college days, often lacking real-world exposure. This realization led to the creation of YouVah, a platform where talent encounters opportunity and direction. Since its inception in January 2022, YouVah has experienced remarkable growth, gaining 15,000 registered users within just a month, all through organic means. This early success underscores the platform’s potential to meet the pressing needs of teenagers seeking career opportunities.

Chetan Jachpure, Co-founder and CEO of YouVah, expressed, “In the past six months, we’ve garnered over 1 lakh monthly visitors and 50,000+ registered users. This funding will enable us to launch new programs and conduct experiments to accelerate our growth.”
