Webnyay Raises Seed Funding from Mumbai Angels and Others for Go-To-Market Strategy and Security Enhancement


Webnyay, an online SaaS and legal tech platform for dispute resolution and grievance redressal, has acquired an undisclosed sum of Seed capital from Mumbai Angels, a renowned platform for private investments, among others.

Mumbai Angels is a renowned private investment network that has helped over 100 companies exit or acquires the next round of finance. According to a release, the site has 700 investors dispersed across more than 60 global and Indian locations. The acquired capital will be utilized to execute the company’s go-to-market plan by improving product and security and scaling up with AI, ML, and NLP capabilities for quick conflict resolution. The money will also be utilized to develop dispute-resolution capabilities in open networks such as Account Aggregator, ONDC, and OCEN.

Vishwam Jindal and Ishita Jindal co-founded Webnyay with the goal of delivering hassle-free technology for dispute resolution. The idea is to assist companies and government entities in resolving grievances and disputes in an efficient, timely, secure, and cost-effective manner.
