Web3 and AI Startup ZYBER 365 Achieves Unicorn Status with $100 Million Funding

Zyber 365, the Web3 and AI startup, proudly announced today that it has achieved unicorn status with a successful $100 million Series A funding round led by UK-based SRAM & MRAM Group. The funding has propelled ZYBER 365 to a valuation of $1.2 billion, making it India’s and Asia’s fastest unicorn in just three months and the 109th unicorn in India’s vibrant start-up ecosystem.

ZYBER 365, founded in May 2023 by Indian-origin entrepreneurs Pearl Kapur (Founder & CEO) and Sunny Vaghela (Co-founder & CPO), operates from its headquarters in London, with an operational base in India.

The Series A funding is set to play a pivotal role in ZYBER 365’s expansion plans, strengthening its technological capabilities, and consolidating its global market presence. The startup offers a decentralized and cyber-secured operating system along with a diverse range of Web3 products, including Layer-0, Layer-1, and Layer-2 blockchains, decentralized identities, data analytics, software development kit, web browser, NFT marketplace, and ICO (Initial Coin Offering). These products can be collectively leveraged as a complete Web3 ecosystem or customized as standalone applications to meet user requirements.

With a focus on interchain operability, ZYBER 365 empowers users with greater flexibility, seamless integration, and data sharing by incorporating cutting-edge technologies such as cryptography, quantum-safe computing, distributed ledger technology, and consensus mechanisms. The company’s system ensures robust security for user data, transactions, and interactions.

Pearl Kapur, Founder & Chief Executive Officer of ZYBER 365, expressed her excitement about the Series A funding, stating, “This marks a significant milestone in Zyber 365’s journey. We are thrilled to have SRAM & MRAM Group as our partner, sharing our vision to drive our Web3 OS, AI, and Cyber Security product line. With this infusion of capital, we are poised to accelerate our expansion plans and deliver unparalleled value to our clients in the near future.”

SRAM & MRAM Group, a UK-based public health emergency management solutions company, is enthusiastic about its investment in ZYBER 365. The group has previously made strategic investments, including $3.64 billion in a state-of-the-art semiconductor fabrication plant in India and $100 million in the air cargo business of SpiceXpress—the cargo division of Spicejet.

“ZYBER 365’s outstanding team and disruptive technology have already made them a trailblazer in the industry. We are confident that this investment will pave the way for exceptional growth and success in the years to come,” stated Mahendra Joshi, Director, SRAM & MRAM Group.
