Uttar Pradesh’s Medical Innovation Soars as GIMS and SGPGI MedTech Collaborate with Stanford Biodesign

GIMS (Government Institute of Medical Sciences) and SGPGI MedTech Centre of Excellence, in collaboration with STPI, present a formidable cohort of startups to Stanford University’s Biodesign screening team. Among the 24 outstanding submissions, 13 startups have emerged as frontrunners, significantly advancing Uttar Pradesh’s ambition to become a leading medical technology hub.

It is a remarkable initiative taken by the Uttar Pradesh government as it has established an incubator centre which is one of its kind. Gims is playing a significant role in the transition from care to innovation and in less than a year this establishment has proven its worth.

Noteworthy Selections: GIMS clinches an impressive 8 spots, featuring pioneering ventures such as Arkni Photobiolife, Robonix, Ripple, Dr at Home, Neonatal Incubator, Easiofy, Silifarm, and Mildcare. Adding to this success, SGPGI MedTech CoE contributes with innovative selections like Amrit MedTech, Arficus, Inframedtech, One Learning, and MedBlue.

Diverse Innovations: The selected startups showcase a diverse array of healthcare solutions, spanning advanced diagnostics, incubation technology, and innovative learning platforms. This diversity underscores the breadth and depth of innovative solutions emerging from the vibrant medical technology ecosystem in Uttar Pradesh.
