Univest secures $1.5M in seed funding round

Univest, the investment platform powered by AI, has successfully raised $1.5 million in a Seed funding round. The funding was led by Trinity Media group based in the US, and received support from renowned industry leaders such as McKinsey, Reliance Industries, Tata AIA, Raheja Group, OYO, and Canada’s Envision Learning. Additionally, repeat investors also participated in the round, demonstrating their trust in the platform.

According to Univest’s co-founder and CEO, Pranit Arora, “the recently secured funds will be used to bolster the distribution of their financial products and expand their team with talented individuals. Univest has also collaborated with Faircent to introduce their first investment products with low risk and high yield on the platform”.

Univest Elite is a platform that presents users with investment plans that are low-risk and fixed-high return, offering up to 12% returns per annum while providing the necessary tools for informed investment decisions.

According to a statement by the platform, “Univest Elite has one of the highest retention rates in the wealth management industry, having gained the trust of more than 300,000 investors. In a short period, these investors have entrusted portfolios worth 700 crore or more to Univest”.

Gurjot Batra, CEO and President of Trinity Media Group, expressed enthusiasm for Univest’s use of advanced AI technology to provide personalised investment recommendations that can help investors exit unproductive investments and take advantage of high-yield opportunities.
