Telangana’s largest youth carnival “Prost.” to be held on 12th March 2023; poster launched by Hon’ble Minister KTR

Telangana is going to witness the largest youth carnival “Prost.” in Hyderabad on 12th March 2023. It will be organised by Stumagz in association with Telangana State Innovation Cell (TSIC). The poster of the carnival was launched by Hon’ble Minister to IT, Shri. KT Rama Rao, Dr. Jayesh Ranjan, Principal Secretary of Govt. of Telangana, Dr. Shanta Thoutam, Chief Innovation Officer to Telangana, and Sri Charan Lakkaraju, Founder of Stumagz.

The carnival, which will be conducted at LB Stadium of Hyderabad for the first time in Telangana, aims to attract a footfall of 15,000+ students of 17 to 25 age group from all the 3 tiers of cities across the state.

This carnival will host zones such as: Emerging Technology, Innovation highlighting the homegrown innovators, Idea pitching, Entertainment, and other relevant stakeholders’ expo for the participants to proactively engage with various opportunities being created.

Sri Charan Lakkaraju, Founder of Stumagz, said “The Student Tribe initiative of Stumagz is working towards building a community of students to engage and help them explore career opportunities in Emerging Technologies. The Prost. carnival is designed to bring students from across the state onto one platform and engage them through activities.”

This inclusive space enables students to leverage networking opportunity with peers and industry, co-create interest-based communities, and gain access to growth opportunities.

Dr. Shanta Thoutam, Chief Innovation Officer of Telangana, said that “the onus is on each of us to nurture our youth and students, and it all starts with creating the mindset for them to understand and leverage the resources created by the progressive government of Telangana State. TSIC has been fostering the culture of innovation amongst the youth and glad to co-host the carnival; an event to mold our young minds as future leaders.”
