Happy Nature has secured INR 6 crore in a pre-Series A fundraising round. Happy Nature is a tech-enabled direct-to-home firm in the healthy farm-fresh dairy and breakfast food category. The recently raised funds will be used to emphasise on the branding, marketing, and customer experience for the startup.
Happy Nature was founded through the collaboration of Sahil and Parth’s Happy Moo and Vikas and Vishal’s Doozy Farms, with the goal of providing discerning clients with the cleanest dairy and breakfast items in a quick and easy manner.
“We closed a pre-Series A round for INR 6 crore through a family office and angel investors, and our annualised rate of return (ARR) for FY22 is INR 18 crore. With a present client base of over 40,000 and more than 6,000 daily purchases, we aim to grow this customer base to over 1.5 lakh and more than 15,000 daily orders in the upcoming 12 months, increasing the ARR to INR 40 crore ” said Happy Nature co-founder Vikas Singh.

Happy Moo and Doozy Farms merged to become Happy Nature, which has a multi-city business and a single pledge of one brand-one vision. According to a statement from the firm, revenues have increased by 500% in less than 24 months and the brand is becoming more well-known among consumers and investors.
According to Sahil Chopra, co-founder of Happy Nature, “the funding will give us the much-needed boost to focus on both mass media and tactical digital campaigns by creating a differentiated brand identity through lively packaging, interactive social media presence, and a strong focus on customer delight.”
