TeamLease Digital, a tech staffing company, declared that it will invest Rs 50 lakh to increase delivery capacity for the adoption of “Low Code No Code (LCNC)” solutions for the Indian IT industry.
The investment fits with the company’s objective to take advantage of the expanding LCNC market and develop delivery options for IT companies. TeamLease Digital would invest Rs 5 million in the initial phase and more funds in the upcoming year.
Additionally, the LCNC sector is creating more jobs in the IT sector, particularly for nascent and inexperienced developers. At present, there are over 9,000 job seekers and over 16,500 vacant positions in this industry. It is worth noting that, by 2025, more than 40,000 profiles for LCNC positions with competitive pay scales will be available.
With 3-5 years of expertise, a low code no code developer can make between Rs 15 – 18 lakh PA and Rs 18 – 25 lakh PA (with 7-10 years of experience). A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related discipline is an extra advantage for becoming an LCNC developer, as are basic knowledge of web/cloud-based apps and minimal programming skills.
