Pet food company TABPS Pets has successfully raised Rs 6.5 crore in funding, with investments coming from notable cricketers Hemang Badhani and KS Bharath, alongside other investors. The funding infusion is earmarked for enhancing production capabilities, expanding distribution networks, and allocating resources to research and development for the introduction of new products.
Founded in 2021 by Prabhu Gandhikumar, Brindha Prabhu, Soumya Malani, and Arun Mukherjee, TABPS Pets operates as a Coimbatore-based pet food startup. The company stands out for its utilization of Ayurvedic ingredients in formulating pet products, aligning with a holistic approach to pet nutrition and well-being.
In response to the funding achievement, the founders conveyed their vision for utilizing the funds. They stated, “We are grateful for the support from our investors, and this funding will be instrumental in elevating our production capabilities, extending our reach through enhanced distribution, and fueling our commitment to innovation through research and development for the introduction of new and beneficial pet products.”
