SuprSend, a San Francisco-headquartered notification infrastructure system for coders and developers to scale and build product-related notifications on every channel, raises $1 million in a funding round led by BoldCap, including active participation from Titan Capital, All In Capital, and FortyTwo.VC and other prominent angel investors.
SuprSend was commenced in the year January 2022 by Nikita Navral, an alumni of IIT Delhi, and Gaurav Verma, alumni of IIT Bombay. They both noticed a problem with developers utilising a majority of their work hours in maintaining and building this service, while the products department relies on engineers and developers for operational tasks.
“We are on a mission to help businesses build product notifications across multiple channels without spending massive engineering resources and time and help them deliver the right user experience. The funding will help us to accelerate that. We are excited that we have found partners who share our vision,” as stated by Nikita Navral, Co-founder of SuprSend.

She further added in the comments that the funds would be utilised to employ fresh and talented individuals, bring about new innovations on their platform, and improve the growth rate of SuprSend by marketing and by redeeming developers.
“Developers hate grunt work, but today they still spend a significant amount of time integrating and managing every notification and communication platform individually. Today it’s not a notification delivery problem, it’s a notification fatigue problem that needs to be resolved with a smart delivery system. Currently there is an explosion of such communication platforms, companies spend a lot of time and effort to manage this internally and we realised this is a global problem,” commented General Partner BoldCap, Sathya Nellore Sampat.
