Psychiatric inpatient platform Sukoon Healthcare raises $15M funding from Lightrock India

Sukoon Healthcare, an inpatient mental health facility, now has a sizeable share owned by Lightrock India. $15 million was made in the business. Saleem Asaria, a partner at Lightrock India, will take over as the organization’s executive chairman after the deal is complete. The company’s founders, Vidit Bahri and Kanishk Gupta will take on senior leadership positions.

“This investment is a first step towards realizing our vision to build India’s first and largest therapeutic behavioral health platform,” said Saleem.
