Subeer Bakshi assumes role as Head of People and Culture at Pocket FM

Pocket FM, an audio series platform, has revealed the appointment of Subeer Bakshi as their new head of people and culture. Bakshi brings with him more than twenty years of international experience across various industries, previously holding significant positions at Mercer, Aon, Willis Towers Watson, and Bajaj Finserv.
In his new role at Pocket FM, Bakshi is set to lead the establishment of key people processes and cultural foundations that will facilitate the company’s rapid expansion. His expertise in nurturing high-performing teams within rapidly growing enterprises is anticipated to play a crucial role in steering the company’s global growth.

Before joining Pocket FM, Bakshi held the position of heading talent strategy at PhonePe, where he played a pivotal role in propelling the company to a leadership position in the market. In his new capacity at Pocket FM, Bakshi will collaborate closely with Rohan Nayak, co-founder, and CEO, to fortify the organization’s global presence.
