Sandhydeep Purri Named Unacademy’s Chief People Officer

Unacademy, India’s leading learning platform, has appointed Sandhydeep Purri as its new Chief People Officer. With over 25 years of experience in various leadership roles spanning multiple industries and geographies, Sandhydeep is a strategic HR leader known for driving business growth and transformation through a strong focus on people and culture.

Prior to her role at Unacademy, Sandhydeep served as the Chief People Officer at Sapphire Foods, where she led HR strategies for well-known brands like Pizza Hut and KFC. Before that, she played a key role in organization development and effectiveness initiatives for the Aditya Birla Group’s Retail Sector, which included Aditya Birla Retail (now More Retail), Pantaloons Fashion Retail, and Madura Fashion and Garments.

Sandhydeep Purri’s extensive career spans various sectors, including Manufacturing, Media and entertainment, Consulting, Information Technology, and Retail. She has a global perspective, having made notable contributions in the Asia Pacific, Europe, and North American markets.
