SaaS platform Rezolve.ai secures $11 million in Series A funding round

AI-powered employee service SaaS Platform Rezolve.ai has raised around $11 million in a Series A funding round led by SIG Venture Capital. Exfinity Venture Partners and existing backer 9Unicorns and Tri Valley Ventures also took part in the round.

According to Bhavanipratap Rana, Investment Advisor at SIG Venture Capital, “We invested in Rezolve.ai to support the founder’s vision of leveraging significant advances in AI capability that allow elected support systems to transition from being just a procedure workstream to an intellectual intermediation layer that reduces human involvement.”

The desk offers cutting-edge features like a smart AI chatbot, Twitter-age knowledge management, AI-powered ticketing, dialogic microlearning, desktop automation, live expert connect, and workflow authorizations to elevate employee experience and create a frictionless workplace, according to the note. The desk is integrated within collaborative channels like MS Teams and Slack.

“Internal technical help is required by each employee roughly once per month. According to Saurabh Kumar, CEO of Rezolve.ai, the legacy approach of writing tickets and dialling for help has been around for two decades and is costing companies billions in direct costs as well as additional billions in lost employee productivity. According to him, “Employers and employees want this changed immediately—and Rezolve.ai is enabling this new future.” 

California-headquartered Companies like Jira, Kahoot, and Freshdesk compete with Rezolve.ai. Additionally, it maintains offices in Toronto, Canada; Chennai, India; and Dehradun, India. The US is the company’s main market.
