Reveal HealthTech’s CEO and Founder, Sanchit Mullick, has stated that the company’s recent partnership with W Health Ventures will be invaluable in addressing the challenges faced by the healthcare industry due to the latter’s global experience and focus on healthtech. Reveal HealthTech’s objective is to collaborate with healthcare organisations in the US to enhance patient health outcomes through technology-enabled care delivery. Additionally, the company is actively seeking to recruit experienced technology professionals in India.

Reveal HealthTech has set its sights on tackling the talent-related hurdles encountered by healthcare organisations, such as identifying and selecting skilled personnel, scarcity of healthcare domain know-how, and high software team turnover. By partnering with key players, the company aims to leverage a vast pool of over 150,000 engineers who have previously developed products for the US healthcare sector. Reveal HealthTech asserts that this constitutes the most extensive specialised talent repository with US healthcare technology proficiency outside the nation’s borders.
