Real estate investment aggregator Investorey raises $1 million in seed funding led by Panthera Peak Capital

Real estate investment aggregator platform Investorey has raised USD 1 million in seed funding through a combination of equity and debt led by Panthera Peak Capital. Angel investors and industry leaders including Sahil Kejriwal (GSE Renewables), Sumit Gupta, Co-Founder of CoinDCX, Deepak Ahlawat, Founder of Gameskraft, and Nikhil Bhandarkar, Nikhil Bhandarkar (Founder, Panthera Peak Capital), Ahana Gautam (Founder, Open Secret), and Harshit Sharma (Co-Founder, 56 Secure), among others, participated in this seed funding round. 

People can start investing in this market with as little as Rs 5,000 and choose from a variety of asset-backed investment options.

CEO and Co-Founder Manisheel Gautam states, “For both novice and experienced investors, Investorey offers a wide variety of investing alternatives. We provide investments in agriculture, residential and commercial real estate, and renewable energy resources. The money will be invested in enhancing technology, expanding real estate investment opportunities through new partnerships, developing technology for less complicated transactions, and putting in place mechanisms for thorough market evaluation and risk assessment.”

Co-Founder and CPO Shikhar Daydar continued, “In order to facilitate data-driven and quantitatively informed decisions, we strive to provide our investors with a comprehensive view of their portfolio, covering traditional investments. In terms of technology, in addition to developing the investor portal, we have noticed a number of problems along the entire value chain that we plan to address in order to lay the groundwork for cutting-edge real estate investment technology.”
