Phyllo secures $15 million as part of its Series A funding from RTP Global, others

Phyllo, a firm that creates tools for creator economy app developers, has received $15 million in Series A funding from RTP Global, with participation from Nexus Venture Partners, Better Capital, and iSeed. It intends to utilise the funding to quicken product development, grow its clientele, and create an API platform that caters to developers.

“The creator economy and Web3 is just just starting to grow, and companies like Phyllo will play a big part in the expansion of this sector,” stated Nishit Garg, Partner at RTP Global. This year, it released its product. An identification API in its suite verifies the identity and profile information of a manufacturer.

The CEO and co-founder of Phyllo, Akhil Bhiwal said, “With Phyllo, we want to give these companies and developers the ability to concentrate on what they do best, get data coverage across hundreds of creator platforms, and launch products as quickly as possible. While creators were becoming more popular, their audiences and engagement were restricted to particular platforms, and they also had trouble demonstrating their influence.”

“Think of what Stripe and Plaid did for payments and banking, respectively; we believe that Phyllo will do the same for the creator and digital native economy,” stated Jishnu Bhattacharjee, Managing Director at Nexus Venture Partners.

The firm asserts that it has access to links, such as the bio platform Beacons, the banking app for creators Creative Juice, the influencer marketing platform Creator.co, the financial service provider Karat, the social commerce platform MagicLinks, and the productivity and monetization tools provider Bintango.
