Logistics firm Omnivio secures $400K in its angel funding round

Omnivio, an enterprise-focused omni-logistics and e-commerce platform based in Noida, raised $400,000 in an angel round. The round included investments from Supermorpheus, Dexter Angels, and 91 Ventures. Numerous founders and angel investors from India and the Middle East also took part in the investment.

The funding will be used by Omnivio to develop a top-tier control tower solution and upgrade its technological foundation, both of which will improve the clients’ onboarding processes and make them quicker and easier. A portion of the monies received will also go into forming alliances and hiring a seasoned team.

Sidhartha Kumar Bhimania, co-founder of Omnivio said, “We are overjoyed to welcome 91 Ventures, Supermorpheus, and Dexter Angels as strategic investors in Omnivio. With this investment, we will be able to improve the efficiency of our control tower and develop deeper product features to address the most urgent supply chain visibility and logistical control concerns facing our clients. We want to scale up swiftly and increase our customer base by five times by the end of this fiscal year with the help of the correct mentorship and advice from seasoned angels.”

Sameer Guglani, co-founder of Supermorpheus stated, “We think that D2C firms will continue to grow and scale in India, along with smaller marketplaces like Amazon and Flipkart, in addition to the larger ones. They may continue to concentrate on developing their brands and acquiring customers by using Omnivio’s technology and delegating the labour-intensive tasks to Omnivio.
