NumroVani Launches Social Media Campaign #AskForIt this mental health day


To inspire individuals to speak out, make a difference, and get the personal support they need to cope, NumroVani has launched a social media campaign under the hashtag #AskForIt. It is important to remember that one is not alone in this and that there is always support accessible if one just #AskForIt, which is the motto of this initiative.

The goal of the campaign is to eliminate the stigma associated with mental health so that people may live happier, more fulfilling lives, and the campaign will leverage social media sites like Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn to spread this message. With this campaign, NumroVani hopes to convey the message that everyone has a reason for feeling “off,” “gloomy,” or “unproductive,” and that identifying this cause will make it simpler to develop appropriate coping skills.

Proactive and individualized approaches to improving mental health are emphasized in the campaign because of the urgent need for them. NumroVani conducted a retrospective study involving over 10,000 people and found that those who were given individualized plans to improve their health also took a greater interest in and were more likely to take action to improve their emotional and psychological well-being than those who used more generic approaches.

The campaign’s objective is to raise public awareness of preventative and individualized healthcare plans that take into account an individual’s Date of Birth, Name, and Chronotype.
