Talent-driven contest app Muzzo secures funding from ah! Ventures through its first gear platform


Muzzo, a platform for fan and content creator contests that is talent-driven receives funding from Ah! Ventures, through its First Gear Platform. ah! Ventures’ overall investment portfolio now stands at Rs 289 Crore (about $38 million) after 141 investments in 104 startups were made to date. Content creators can easily enter a contest, perform well, and get a high score to win prizes every day. 

Muzzo’s co-founder Rishav Rohan said, “Our platform enables professional creators to run contests to interact with their audience and get money, while novice creators can start earning through contests right away. We aim to put the emphasis on talent, whereas almost other social media sites rely on the creator’s personality or sponsored posts.”
