Mamaearth’s IPO Scheduled to Launch on October 31st


Mamaearth’s highly anticipated initial public offering (IPO), operated by Honasa Consumer, is set to open for subscription from October 31 to November 2nd. The company is known for its popular brands like Mamaearth, Aqualogica, and the Derma Co. Within this IPO, Mamaearth has established a price range of Rs 308-324 per share.

The IPO includes several notable selling shareholders, comprising prominent funds such as Evolvence India, Fireside Ventures, Sofina, and Stellaris, along with well-known individuals like Shilpa Shetty Kundra, who also acts as the brand ambassador for Mamaearth. Additionally, individuals like Kunal Bahl, Rishabh Harsh Mariwala, the son of Harsh Mariwala, Founder and Chairman of Marico, and Rohit Kumar Bansal are also looking to divest their stakes in this IPO.
