LivNSense Secures Funding from Pavestone for GreenOps Growth Round

LivNSense, a trailblazing cleantech venture, has successfully secured funding from Pavestone Technology Fund (Pavestone) as part of its $2.75 million growth round. The brainchild of Mr. Avnish Kumar, LivNSense is on a mission to realize a Carbon Neutral World and is steadfast in its commitment to contributing to a Net Zero Planet.

The cornerstone of LivNSense’s innovative offerings is its flagship product, GreenOps, a cutting-edge energy balance AI platform. GreenOps leverages Artificial Intelligence, Soft Sensors, and digital-twins technology to propel the world towards a “Zero Carbon” future. With patented IPs, GreenOps has found applications among leading global players in cement and asphalts, metals, mining, heavy engineering, and petro-chemical manufacturing industries. The platform aids in reducing carbon emissions and concurrently enhancing profitability for these industries.

The funds secured from this growth round will be strategically channeled to bolster the capabilities of GreenOps. The focus lies particularly on expanding the industrial “Carbon Cockpit” functionality and facilitating entry into new markets.

Avnish Kumar, Co-founder and CEO at LivNSense, expressed his enthusiasm about the partnership with Pavestone. He stated, “We are pleased to announce our latest funding round led by Pavestone will help us continue to build our Green-AI platform with a goal to deliver 100s of megatons of Carbon reductions and touch upon billion of lives globally. We believe that Pavestone’s investment thesis and approach would make them an ideal partner in our journey.”

V. Laxmikanth (VLK), Managing Partner at Pavestone, also shared his excitement about the collaboration. He stated, “We are excited to work with the LivNSense towards decarbonization of ‘hard-to-abate’ sectors. The team’s expertise in building engineering led Artificial Intelligence and Digital Twins to impact the carbon lifecycle would help to address the industry challenges for both real-time carbon measurement to energy transition by usage of Alternate/Green Fuels. We believe that the company’s foundational knowledge of energy and process systems, coupled with an IP led approach would be a key differentiator.”

Priyanka Kumar, Co-founder and COO at LivNSense, highlighted the unique advantage of GreenOps in the evolving landscape. She stated, “Fossil fuels will still be one of the major feedstocks after 2030 given the current state of carbon mitigation. GreenOps™ has a unique advantage for a long-term play even after process electrification and green hydrogen technologies are commercialized. GreenOps™ would integrate into these technologies in the future as a ‘full stack decarbonization’ platform for comprehensive ‘energy balance’ across electrical energy, alternative fuels, and green energy technologies.”
