Lightbulb.ai bags $1.5 million in the pre-seed round of funding led by Chiratae Ventures & 9Unicorns

A pre-seed round of fundraising headed by Chiratae Ventures and 9Unicorns garnered $1.5 million for the emotion artificial intelligence and engagement analytics platform Lightbulb.ai. Anthill Ventures and VideoVerse are two other investors that took part in the round.

Ritu, Yogesh Sachdeva, and Vishal founded Lightbulb.ai, which produces real-time emotion AI and engagement analytics for remote engagements using computer vision, voice transcription, and audio analysis. It is working on four patents and has datasets with millions of faces from different ethnic and geographical backgrounds.

According to Vishal, a co-founder of Lightbulb.ai, “Client decisions are emotional and not rational. Opportunities are missed by the time actionable knowledge reaches decision-makers because present feedback systems are post-facto. Businesses can analyse emotional data using Lightbulb and convey actionable insights to decision-makers in real-time, which helps them recruit and retain more customers.”
