IT outsourcing firm Supersourcing bags $500 K in funds in the seed round of funding

Supersourcing, a provider of IT outsourcing services, received $500k in the seed round from a number of investors. The funding round included contributions from KubeVC, JaykumarRaithatha (Solution Architect, Workplace Safety and Insurance Board), Saurabh Gupta (Senior Program Manager, Stripe), Rajesh Gaur (Head of Investment Solutions, Zoe Financial), Sandeep Acharya (Senior Manager IT Applications, Pidilite Industries Limited), PhaniPriya Raju (Angel investor, HeadStart Network – LetsVenture) ( Principal Consultant, Capco).
The firm intends to utilise the money to strengthen its brand visibility, expand, and gain market share. Supersourcing, an Indore-based company, was established in 2020 by business veterans Mayank Pratap and Aditi Chaurasia. It assists early-stage startups and businesses in hiring the best remote engineering expertise and developing ambitious innovative solutions.
The startup claims to have aided 32 Y Combinator-funded businesses, Fortune 500 organisations, and more than 12 unicorns. By identifying and shortlisting thousands of possible IT agency partners, the firm hopes to close the search gap. Based on the particular requirements of each project, it provides carefully curated suggestions for IT agencies.
Supersourcing received Rs 1.5 crore in funding in February 2021 from well-known angel investors such as Vijay Shekhar Sharma, Dr Ritesh Malik, and Nikhil Sharma. With more than 9 years of expertise in the IT sector, they have discovered a pain point that is brought on by the inability to outsource effectively. Lack of credibility has an impact on the entire sector. Supersourcing is designed for both startups in their early stages and businesses searching for top-notch remote engineers to work on their projects.
