Investmint raises $2 million from Nexus Venture Partners to enhance their services

Nexus Venture Partners has invested $2 million in Investmint, a do-it-yourself trading platform. According to the report, a few angel investors also joined in the round.

The capital will be used to grow the company’s product, engineering, and quantitative research teams in order to develop a retail investment solution.

Investmint, founded by Aakash Goel and Mohit Chitlangia, provides investing and trading tools that enable users to make confident investment decisions, engage in markets systematically and manage their money using data-backed signals, active investing tools, and an active community.

Currently, the app includes numerous quantitative models for investing in equities using long-term baskets, as well as models for trading actively on a weekly or daily basis. It provides methods for advanced traders to trade the Futures & Options market methodically and scientifically. The software, which is presently in beta, will be widely available in the coming weeks.
