innovate^n: S&P Global and I-Venture@ISB Explore Emerging Technologies’ Future Potential

innovate^n, a thought-provoking initiative by I-Venture @ ISB and S&P Global India, convened its inaugural meetup on 29th February 2024, aimed at exploring the transformative potential of emerging technologies.

Hosted at S&P Global Hyderabad, the meetup garnered attendance from over 100 tech enthusiasts who explored the intricate connections between Generative AI, Blockchain, and Web3. The event showcased real-world use cases, spotlighting how these technologies are reshaping the digital landscape across sectors such as finance, art, gaming, healthcare, and more. Alongside networking sessions and community-building exercises, attendees had the opportunity to augment their skills and glean industry insights.

The meetup featured a panel discussion with esteemed industry leaders who provided valuable insights into the future trajectory of emerging technologies.

The panelists included Josey George from WIPRO’s Strategy & Emerging Tech Cybersecurity & Risk Services, Kishore Seshagiri, the Chief Digital Officer at Broadridge India, Sugandha Srikanteswaran, the Managing Director of Digital Solutions for S&P Global’s India Operations, Vijay Marisetty, the Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Chair Professor at IIM Visakhapatnam and Lead of Blockchain initiatives at DLabs, and Rahul Attuluri, the Founder & CEO of NxtWave.

“Meetups are always an excellent platform to bring people together to share expertise and learn from each other,” remarks Sugandha Srikanteswaran. She adds, “We are excited to partner with ISB to bring this platform to Hyderabad, hoping for experts to participate and share.”

Rahul Attuluri emphasizes, “We often discuss employment issues, but the critical question should revolve around employability in this emerging tech space. Individuals need to ask themselves, am I well-equipped for the job?”

innovate^n aims to establish a continuous learning platform in the realm of emerging technologies, fostering a vibrant community of tech enthusiasts. Through both in-person meetups and virtual sessions, the initiative strives to disseminate firsthand knowledge, news, insights, innovations, developments, skills, upgrades, and much more, all relevant to the field.
