India Alternatives, a PE firm, invests $4 million in funding for SaaS startup Kapture

Kapture CX, an enterprise-focused customer support platform, secured a $4 million investment from India Alternatives, a private equity fund, as reported by ETtech.
The Bengaluru-based startup has been actively expanding its operational reach across five countries: the US, the UAE, Indonesia, Saudi Arabia, and India.
“In July, Kapture raised a $4 million round led by Cactus Venture Partners (CVP). This recent funding will fuel the enhancement of Kapture’s generative artificial intelligence (Gen AI) capabilities and fortify its presence in both Indian and global markets,” stated the company.
With over 1,000 customers from 19 different countries, Kapture plans to onboard an additional 100 employees in the coming year to support its growth.

Established in 2014 by Garg, Sheshgiri Kamath, and Pearl Tewari, Kapture has continuously expanded its offerings in the customer support domain.
India Alternatives Investment Advisors, a domestic mid-market private equity firm, believes in Kapture’s potential to leverage its leadership, customer-centric approach, and Gen AI capabilities for scalable, tailored solutions.
