Pune-based Healthledger Diagnostics aims at increasing growth, raises a seed funding


Healthledger Diagnostics, a Pune-based company, received an anonymous sum in a seed round from A-League angel investors and venture capitalists on September 5, 2022. Quadra Advisors facilitated the transactions, which included Nazara Technologies VCs Nitish Mittersain and Vikash Mittersain, Narendra Firodia of Sohamm Group, holistic integrative medicine and lifestyle coach Luke Coutinho, Netgraph Investments Dubai, Amit Jain (Rewired Ventures UK), Balesh Sharma (CEO, PPF Telecom), and Vishwanathan Iyer.

In its first year, the firm earned $1 million in sales, reaching 25 locations in eight states and touching the lives of over 100,000 people. With this campaign, the business hopes to achieve 7X growth by FY23, with more than 150 operating centers in 15 states and 50 cities. The company’s goal is to create the largest network of standardized full stack diagnostics, with consistent quality and cost from tier-I to tier-VI cities. They enabled diagnostic centers to increase their income by 23% in six months.

Healthledger Diagnostics

Currently, Healthledger works with 23 insurance companies, Health Aggregators, TPA businesses, and over 100 corporates across the nation, with a primary focus on providing quality healthcare to tier 2 and tier 3 cities. The firm has already identified 5000 centers with the intention of expanding countrywide, and by 2025, it is expected to open 3000 facilities in both India and its neighboring countries, making it the largest participant in the preventive healthcare supply ecosystem.

The founders of the company, Dr. Darshan Chandak, Sambit Ghosh, and Rupali Mantri assembled to address the gap in the market because of its status as a fragmented preventive diagnostics space, and aim to organize it by the means of technology. Business, integration and standardization.
