Happy Nature secures $300,000 in pre-Series A funding round


Direct-to-customer brand Happy Nature has successfully secured $300,000 in a pre-Series A funding round. The investment was led by Inflection Point Ventures and is aimed at enhancing sales, branding activities, and customer engagement for their dairy delivery service.

With a current operational presence in various areas including Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, and others, Happy Nature caters to over one lakh customers, processing approximately 15,000 orders daily. The infusion of funds will strategically fuel sales expansion through impactful activations. CEO Vikas Singh highlighted, “With this infusion, we will strategically expand sales through

impactful ATL and BTL activations. Additionally, we aim to enhance our processing plant infrastructure by investing in technology upgrades and optimising the customer journey for a seamless and delightful experience.”

Happy Nature’s tech-enabled model not only provides consumers with preservative-free dairy products but also addresses challenges faced by small farmers. By granting them access to resources and markets, the company aims to make a meaningful impact on the industry.

Inflection Point Ventures’ Managing Director, Rahul Wagh, emphasized the growing consumer preference for preservative-free and organic dairy products. He mentioned “The D2C brand is emerging as a preferred option.”
